TRADITIONAL RECIPE

 

Designed to quickly start making coffee according to the most common scheme.

Ready time - approximately 4 minutes for a cup of 100 ml.

Suitable in most cases unchanged.

You can change using the buttons on the coffee maker.

If you use the application, you can see a visual graph of the temperature of the drink or try various options.

How to start:

  1. First add water, then finely ground coffee, sugar to taste, do not stir.
  2. Switch to traditional coffee mode (it turns on automatically when the coffee machine is installed on the base)
  3. Press the "Start" button

 

HOW TO MAKE COFFEE ACCORDING TO A TRADITIONAL RECIPE

Stage 1: The heater is switched on at power K until a temperature is reached that is 6-12 degrees less (R value) than the one set by parameter A. The R value is not adjustable and depends on the water level and temperature A.
Stage 2: Further, heating occurs at a reduced power (parameter C) for a smooth approach to temperature A.
Stage 3: Brewing and frothing - the coffee maker maintains temperature A for time B.
Stage 4: Foam rise - the heater power increases to the value D, the foam rises, the foam rise sensor or the timer for the duration of this phase is triggered (if the sensor did not work).
Stage 5: Final switching on - the coffee maker turns on the heater at 100% power F times for time E.

 

Description of parameters.

 

А. The cooking temperature, in degrees C, varies from 40 C to 96 C, the factory setting is 94.
В. Cooking time, in seconds, varies from 1 sec. up to 600 sec., factory setting - 90 sec.
С. The heater power when approaching the temperature A, in percent, varies from 10 to 90, the factory setting is 30.
D. The power of the heater during the rise of the foam, in percent, varies from 10 to 90, the factory setting is 70.
Е. The duration of the final impulse of the heater, conventional units (1 unit = 0.015 sec), varies from 1 to 99, the factory setting is 69.
F. The number of final pulses of the heater, units, varies from 1 to 20, the factory setting is 4.
G. The sensitivity of the foam lifting sensor, conventional units (1 unit ~ = 0.2mm of lift height), varies from 1 to 99, factory setting is 25. If the value is less, the sensor is triggered earlier, with a lower lift, if the value is higher, the sensor is triggered later , at a higher lifting height.

The pause between the final pulses of the heater, in seconds, ranges from 1 to 99, the factory setting is 2.
 K. The heater power at the initial stage, in percent, varies from 10 to 90, the factory setting is 100.
